and just out of curiosity, it seems like Spanish is one the most commonly languages everywhere...why is that?? i thought it would be spanish people speaking it mainly...... well yes as other people have shown, spanish is spoken by of course spanish people, and also by hispanic people from central and south america. It's also a very common second language in the states, especially here in southern california, as it's so close to mexico. |

Yep, maratqui is right. Spanish is spoken in all South America, Central America, the states, Spain, Morocco, the Philippines, some parts of Africa, etc. ;D

Well the thing is that english is spoken in more countries than chinese, but chinese, or mandarin, is speaken by more ppl.

I have a friend who's filipino and she speaks filipino...it's similar to spanish, but it's not the same language....or does a part of the Philippines speak spanish...?? |

I have a friend who's filipino and she speaks filipino...it's similar to spanish, but it's not the same language....or does a part of the Philippines speak spanish...?? Well, as far as I know, in some parts of the Philippines, spanish is spoken, not all the Philippines, but in some parts only. ;D ( sorry I think you misunderstood me!) |
