Hi Jiat,
Defintiely overworked and finding my memory for work I have not done for 10 years isn't so bad, after all! ;D
It is a bit quieter today getting some tender documents out and surfing the Net for some drawing standards I can plagiarise, so managed a few moments to come say 'Hi!'.
J
PS Horses are well, both mares are in foal.

Hi everyone. Nice to be here again! I was speaking about Marat (of course ) with a friend and then we have a question. I know that I read about it in some place but I dont remember, but anyway. Where does Marat name came from? Does his name have any meaning? i thought its an arabian name : murat , and he seems to be a muslim although not practising

Hi Ileana,
I don't know the ethymology (origin) of the name Marat but I know for sure it's a VERY VERY VERY common and popular Tartar name, MANY MANY MANY Tartar men, guys, kids called Marat, so I would say it's more of a Tartar origin than Arab 'cause haven't heard any Arabs by this name. Murat's also kinda common in the Caucasus. Dunno if Marat is a PURELY Tartar name by origin but I'm inclined to think so. To be sure I should make some diggin on ethymology of course.

Every time my husband walks out of the room I run bits of my tape of him. Ive got the match against Fed, the Hewitt match, 3 lotsa news and hopefully he'll be on Sports Tonight which I'll be watching in 2 hours. He is a real HOTTIE!!! He is sexy and macho, too damn right you are there. I love his voice, in fact what's not to like about Marat - I give you the answer, absolutely nothing!!!! ;D PS I was up at 4.30 in the morning cos I couldnt sleep for thinking about him, so I watched some of my tape til my husband woke up.

macho? that sounds so funny, I'm mean it's a word we don't use very commonly, here in Mexico we say "está como quiere", and Marat está como quiere!!!! ;D

Yes I heard it!!! hehehehehe ;D Yes, when I was watching the match I saw him speak to the umpire in Spanish on 2 separate occasions. Man, that just drives me TEXT, talk about sexy and cute!!! He was like a little boy speaking to the umpire like that. I've rolled the tape back about 6 times now, I'm gonna watch it again before I do some work. Lors, I'd love to know what he was saying, but it doesnt matter I guess!

Where does Marat name came from? Does his name have any meaning? well, during the finals, one of the espn commentators said that he was named after jean-paul marat, a leader in the french revolution.....he's the guy in that famous painting where he's lying dead in the bath tub with a letter in his hand after his wife or someone murdered him......err, yeah...seems kind of weird, but that's what it said in my history book lol. and i totally agree with you guys, marat's spanish is so nice and awesome. he has like a spain spanish accent...he sounds like JC Ferrero when he speaks spanish hehe and hi people, i'm sharon....and i'm new here, apparently...haha
