The Estonian athletes are gonna suck as usual! Our tennis girl (ranked ard 150 now) lost to No 300 Korean 6-7, 1-6!!!!!!! Ah, well, what else is new! Wavey to Jiat, we're like in the same boat, small countries, eh! And way to go Teresa, are you from St. Kitts & Nevis really?? So lucky you have Kim Collins! \ ahhh...let's join hands and march!!!! but my commentators were saying some really good things abt ur athletes when they came on...they've won medals recently right? ah well...the olympics isn't all about winning medals. it's abt testing your personal limits......but tell that to all the medal conscious ppl out there. sigh.... and ok....i'm saying this cos i'm currently suffering from sour grapes syndrome. LOL ;D

she admitted it was her own fault. But there's still the 50 and 100 meter freestyle. She'll do well there.

Tennis results are just not rating a mention here. All we get is swimming, and swimming, and more swimming. Interspersed with female beach volleyball. I just want to tell the Network: "How boring, people! Get with the program and do a recount of how many DIFERENT sports there are at theOlympics!" Sounds like the French have the same poor coverage with cycling to the exclusion of nearly avery other sport.
Another 2 gold and a bromze overnight - swimming, cycling and shooting.
Andrew rides his dressage test today. Olivia and Stuart rode last night, as did Bettina (for Germany). Bettina is currently first in the Dressage phase, with Stuart 8th and Olivia 5th... Ithink. Still trying to locate their placings.

Sounds like the French have the same poor coverage with cycling to the exclusion of nearly avery other sport. oh Jules, the Australian tv really likes swimming i mean it's fine but i understand you'd like to see the other sports as well Road cycling is finished i think, so thank god we don't have it on tv here anymore!!! i hate this sport, and we already have 3 weeks coverage (everyday, all day long ) every year in July (for the 'Tour de France') so you might think enough is enough and they'll show other sports during the Olympics... but no they show cycling again hopefully now it's over. Well, then there's track cycling but this i like and we don't see it normally so it's cool to see it when it's the olympics. Maria>>yeah the french girl was very lovely. And on tv they said that the 400m that she won yesterday wasn't even her favourite swim! the one she prefers is the kind of swim they'll do today (don't remember if it's 100m, 200m, and what type : . So we're hoping for a new gold medal ;D
