Sunday was a lot more straight-forward than Super-Duper Saturday (everyone was probably so very physically, emotionally hungover ) -- Youzhny, Tsonga, Nieminen, Nadal into the QFs TV had a nice video package recapping the insane, classic 36 hours that will be one for the ages ... *starting Friday night with Dellacqua beating Amelie *Fish going down in a tense 4-setter *Instant Classic: Andy going down in 5 to Kohlscreiber *Saturday: Kuznetsova going down *Chakvetadze going down in 3 *Blake coming back from 2 sets down to win in 5 *Gonzo going down to Cilic *and while Ivanovic and Djokovic won without incident (Berdych/Monaco also played) .... *Instant Classic #2: Fed v Tipsarevic *late night start: Venus/Mirza *Instant Classic #3: the late late show with Lleyton & Marcos (record late start, record late finish) 13 Matches, 480 Games, 3046 Points ... 34 hours, 12 minutes of court timeYeesh Exhausted Yet? It's only the end of Week One! ;D Another nice video montage with clips to go with each of the following words: Adoration Upset Surprising Tested Revealing Ascension Loss Inspiration Affirmation Need ..... The Australian Open Continues ... (dun dun dun ... ;D )

They asked whether he thinks if he had gotten into the game earlier than the third set things would have been different and he said everything could have been different. Two years have passed and only now he feels like he has finally found his game. Three hours ago he played some amazing tennis to everyone's great surprise, first of all HIS surprise. Therefore he intends to keep it up, he is happy with a pre-season preparation, it's starting to pay off. Unfortunately it's little things and mistakes in my came during the first two sets that decided the outcome of the whole match. He was also asked whether he feels calmer having played such a great match. He said it's quite impossible to feel calm when you are a sports person, you always want to achieve more than what you have at the moment. Tennis is becoming faster, more furious with every single year. Young players appear who can do everything and you have to live up to that.
