hey guys iv jsut come back from iceland and thought it was the most beautiful place i have evr been too!!!! r there any TGFR fans from iceland i wonder?  i have some great pic but am crap at posting pics maybe i will try again |

okay i hope u can see them here are another two from a natuaral ridge created by moving plates beneath the earths surface, this is where the land has split a part it is here that iceland will eventaully in a few hundred years split into two islands due to the movement of these plates!!   i was hoping the pic would just appear on the web page so sorry u have to click a few buttons!!!!!!  hope u all like them |

sooo...i've been in greece for 10 days  .it didn't turn out the way i wanted,but i'll survive  .at first,i wanted to go to spain,a tour that would include staying in lloret de mare [sp?],visits to cannes,monte carlo[ that would be weird-a place on less than 2 sqkm,and marat lives somewhere in there ].of course,i'd like to visit barcelona and some other places in that case,so i wouldn't have much of "lying on a beach,doing nothing,thinking about nothing" time,which was my priority,so i decided to leave spain for,hopfully,spring next year  . instead,i decided i wanted to go to greece for 20 days-alone ;D -partly because all my friends were irresponsible during the year,so they all left their exams for september & october,and partly because i liked the idea of going alone to another country[not that i didn't have plans to meet anyone there ].however,i was too late!there were no free rooms,at least not in summer resorts i was familiar with.meanwhile,my dad realised that he'd need some rest,too,so he was my company .we decided to go to plathamon,a summer resort near olymp,the home of greek gods .it turned out to be 10 days,because it was too late and it would be weird to go to the uni straight from greece . one more of my plans was ruined:even though i said i didn't wanna do a single sightseeing,i didn't wanna move from the beach till it's dark outside,the weather partly destroyed my plans.since the mountains are very close,every day around noon,the clouds would slowly start covering the sky.plus, it's a place with lots of wind..and it was the middle of september .and the famous monasteries -metheors were so close. plathamon is a pretty typical place for greece-it's pretty small,has some nice places to go out and beautiful sea.the beach near our appartment was pretty small & dirty,but the one about 10 minutes walk far away was beautiful:wide,wide sand beach,a quiet place with beautiful view.still,i have to say:nothing so special about that place that would make me want come back there. overall:i had some "lying on a beach,doing nothing,thinking about nothing" time,had a thunder storm,a visit to metheors,a visit to ethno village,a lots of windy&cloudy weather...and i had pretty much fun with my confused dad ;D . one thing i know for sure:no more summer holidays in september[unless we're talking about places where the season starts that time ]! views from one of the beaches   plathamon at night     it was a rainy day,and we decided to go for a walk and see the citadel,because,according to our tour guide in love ,it takes about 40 minutes walking!we gave up about one hour and a half after-have i mentioned that we were walking really fast?? some pics taken on that day       some more pics from the beach       |

nei pori is a summer resort next to plathamon,about half an hour walking far away.nei pori is a different story.the beaches are beautiful-very wide,clean,with courts for volleyball,soccer[small ].they recommend it for family vacation,but i think it's just very nice place to be in,no mather with whom you are  .appartments & hotels are new and,as i have heard,very nice.some beautiful bars on the beach i've seen-too bad it was the end of the season,so it was mostly empty . there's something i didn't like out there,and that was a part of a sidewalk next to the beach,where a fair was organized-it all looked like some sale in a chinese shop .but once we passed that circus,we were awarded properly:at the end of it there were indians playing indian music! ;D and i absolutely love that!so,we were standing there,listening to them more than an hour. not that they were not a bit kitschy ...lol..you can see in the pics-they had some "holy place" with all kinds of crap they probably had bought at the fair near the narcis's river !LMAO the feathers are the ultimate accessory! ;D IMO,it would have better effect if they only would set on a fire and would dance around it . an indian smiley,an indian cuttie and an indian hottie ;D the indian hottie in a trans,in a cloud of the fake smoke ;D !god,he was hot when in trans !  the indian smiley & the indian cuttie with the best smile the last one dances best!  and this is the video where one of them [hottie ]is dancing around.yum,he has such a moody face!! INDIAN DANCEtomorrow,i'll upload the vid where all 3 of them are dancing. |
