Hi everyone,opening this thread to discuss any travel advice anyone has.At the moment I am helping my friend to plan this holiday to mexico and was wondering if anyone could help me out-she wants to see the mayan ruins,mexico city and go to a beach.

I am a total disaster when it comes to Mexico because I have never been even though I plan to go one day ;D ;D ;D You should talk to PAU, she is from Mexico  I am off to Mauritius in a week ;D ;D ;D ;D So if anyone has been, I would appreciate some tips and impressions ;D |

Annie, the photos were taken on Mauritius last year ( no, I don't know the guy in the first pic). Jesse and I spent a week there and 1 week on La Réunion. I was a bit disappointed by the island but then I have travelled to so many places in the world that it is hard to impress me, I suppose. The rainy season will have started on Mauritius so good luck with the weather. We mostly escaped the rain (we went there late May) but it was constantly windy which made snorkel and diving trips impossible. Feel free to contact me if you need more tips on what to do.   |

Oh thanks sweetie looks pretty ;D But we purposely want a vegetating holiday this time..we are usually very active and roam around all the time when we are on holidays but the last year has been too much for both of us and we just wanna get away together, spend some quality time as a couple and relax to the max!!! |

going to Melbourne tmw!WOOOOOTTT  trying to be really stingy with my packing to make space for australian goodies like peanut butter and nice cheese It's not a holiday tho..its a school science trip but the point is..IM GOING TO MELBOURNE!!!!! ;D ;D does anyone know if there is a coles/myers/david jones/crazy clarks/woolies near the "parkside inn" which is near la trobe university?
