Just wanted to say that I won't translate the whole article but the Russian paper said the press conf yesterday lasted only 5 min, Marat was asked 1 question, about had they learned from their loss to Belarus and Marat said yeah sure, and that he thought they hadn't been favorites vs Belarus at all (them playing at home and on surface best for Mirnyi and Volchkov) so he didn't want to compare that tie with this one. And that was all. But this wasn't important, right after press conf yesterday Marat went to hit with (the substitute, or how to call him?) Igor Kunitsyn, Leonyuk and Kafel were watching them. THE MAIN POINT WAS MARAT WAS IN EXCELLENT MOOD AND WAS HITTING VERY WELL (VERY PRECISE SHOTS) and joking!!!! So everything seems to be OK!
Sobkin said Misha is in bad shape and only his head helped him to get to the China Open final, Misha has still smth with the thigh (he sprained some muscles at the USO). So maybe Andreev will play the 2nd singles. OK, That's all for now.
