LOL iman this thread is cool.. kinda died tho? lol the aussies gave it all they got, i love them.. but i cant agree with u about italy playing better !.. r u italian! hehe ..i believe the penalty was a big mistake by the ref.. cost us our world cup dream.. and it was def over played by grosso... no doubt they r a good team, but that game was more drama than talent for me... and its left me feeling depressed ever since! the aussies had it tough all tournament with the refs.. n im not just making excuses haha.
Zizou is magic.. i dont c why ppl r going crazy bout the head butt..it was cool in a cruel way.. i think ppl should hear both sides of the story before they judge! id go crazy if sum1 insluted my family.
good luck with work.. im in my final term of skool ever and am stressing BADLY too!!

I hated accounting when I was at Uni and I did "Banking and Finance" as my major LOL ;D ;D ;D I could never stand it and still can't. When I studied for my finals, accounting petrified me, I used to sit around and stare at my notes and books and I could never get it till the end... The night before the final we were studying with a coursemate and were both feeling totally stupid...we were absolutely positive we were never going to pass this...almost had a nervous breakdown. Stopped for an hour to chill and eat something and went back to the books... All of a sudden she just starts freaking on me...it's like something came over her...for some very weird reason she suddenly got all that stupid BOS and P&L and it kinda dawned on her. She got all excited and started running around. Sat next to me for a whole night and with really funny examples (it was more like a game really) started teaching me things..at first I was too stunned to study because she just seemed totally wacko LOL, but then I slowly started getting bits and pieces of it too...we studied all night through and went in for the final at 9 am. My balance sheet didn't balance but I did some other problems and answered theory part and when a month later I came to the board to check my grades, I had a B. I almost fainted LOL ;D ;D ;D I forgot all she taught me the minute we got out of that exam though, so I still hate accouts LOL My hubby is an accountant and he loves it...God knows how!!! We have a funny saying: If your balance sheet doesn't balance then there is a mistake somewhere, if it does - then there are two mistakes ROTFL ;D

I dont know if it can be called annoying, but kind of frustrating........................ It is sooooooooooooo hard to explain people that you dont need their service! well, i mean in a nice and polite way! I am a vegeterian! And seriously, I havent been eating red meat for 20 year! (i am 24) ....... Was dining with my friend's parents in a small cafe in Melbourne, my friend is Greek, for sure, they are heavy meat eaters!!!!!!!!! I dont mind, its not my bussiness! When her Dad handed to me a big piece of BBQ beef, which is only half cooked, my face turned blue, i was scared, feeling that my stomach is throwing out. So i explained them nicely that I am vergeterian, They dont get the idea what Vegeterian is----means i dont eat meat!!!!!!!!!!! Her Dad kept insisting me to eat that '' big beautiful piece'' of beef, I was kindly saying I couldnt and i dont like it, b/c i havnet eat them for 20 yrs! He tiped I was being modest and embaranced, and leave the blood dripping beef in my dish.... my whole smotach is kind of throwing out...yukkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk! i am vomiting! so i excused myself to the bathroom.... i felt a bit better after some fresh air..... the worst thing is: Her Dad has never talk to me again since then.......... SHe is a great friend, and her parents are absolutely nice people, only i wished i could eat the blood dripping beef....... so basically i lost a friend, due to..... the stupid beef!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its so hard ..........................................................

so basically i lost a friend, due to..... the stupid beef!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aww,it's not your fault,it's like in a war-the inducements are totally different than the real reasons of starting off the war.if they were more tolerant, they'd understand. this scene reminded me of the movie "my big fat greek wedding"[or whatever the order of the words is ]-the guy is a vegetarian, and when he's invited to a dinner, her family just can't understand that he doesn't want to eat the meat.the highlight is when someone says in a wonder-"The lamb is not meat!!!" lol,i thought that was only a movie . seriously, guys, whatever you see in the movies,it's based on the real life.everyday i see something weird happening and i always think-if i'd seen this in a movie,i'd have said "that can only happen in a movie".

Thanks SOnya! a lot more relief now............ its very sweet of ya!. my real life movie with bllody dripping beef is a good experience, hopefully i will be immunised next time! True, i believe that friendship is about acceptance.... to accept who you are, and what you are. be oepn minded, to enjoy the difference of every one--which makes the world so amazing! thanks again............. You are a great pschologist

LOL Samia. That kind of things happen to me too. I broke the fingers of my feet more that 5 times because I generally like to be barefoot at home, but I don´t pay attention to corners of wall and furnitures when I go running to get a phone call or things like that. That´s really painful .... and stupid
