It's also annoying when you take steps to advise people of a certain deadline or procedure and they all decide on the same day to break that rule because Tish is a softie....well they certainly didn't see the shark coming yesterday....Had a dummy spit, told some supervisors that it is up to them to tell their charges that deadlines need to be met and that it shouldn't be me to be the bad guy all the time when they are late for deadlines and that my day doesn't revolve on pandering to a bunch of prima donna's. Phew I needed to say that

I am facing these kinds of situations all the time and you have to be firm and tell them all where you stand, otherwise they will get on your neck and stay rocking their feet into your face  (a Russian saying LOL) Love15 hugs sweetie, don't be mad, I am sure you had a great bday just the same. |

oh wow i didnt know this thread existed.........i am going to moan about how much work i have to do and it has now turned from a small hill to a very large mountain!!!! ....totally stressed out!!!
i am sorry for u love15 bcos the aussies gave it their best shot but u have to admit that italy definatly played consistently and tactfully all the way through the tournament!!!! they did deserve to win!!
as for zidane.....i will remember him because he is a great player not bcos he headbutted an italien!!!
