hello, i am also from the USA.
i live in south florida.
favorite things about where i live: 70 degrees (Farenheit) is COLD here! i love the sound of the wind blowing through the palm trees, and the site of the full moon hanging over the ocean, and watching the sunset over the gulf, and the sound of the torrential rain in the summer on the tin roof. it rains almost everyday in the summer in south florida.....
i also have a strange love of hurricanes--have you ever noticed that a spinning hurricane seen from above looks exactly like a spinning universe?

Hi everyone I'm from Ireland. It's an island beside Britain with a population of about 4 million. It's a pretty nice place to live except for all the rain! But we don't have really cold weather or really hot weather so its ok! The things Ireland are known for is green, St. Patrick, leprechauns and loving drink! But it's just stereotype. One bad thing is that there are like no tennis tounaments here, which is really annoying! But I still like it here! Steph

Hey everyone! I'm from Brasil, more specifically Santa Maria in Rio Grande do Sul. It's pretty easy to find where I live on a map, you just get a map of Brasil that shows the states, the last one in the south is Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Maria is the city right in the middle of it. Over here is the part of Brasil where the winter is cold, which is cool cause I hate summer and now the Autumn is begining and the temperatures are falling, woohoo!!! I can't say much about my city cause although I live here for 4 years, I don't know much about it ;D, but I can say some other stuff about my state. Well, the population here is mainly of Italian, German and Portuguese descendents, it also has alot of spanish descendents. Rio Grande do Sul almost became a country once when there was the Revolução Farroupilha (Farroupilha Revolution), it was the longest civil war in Brasil, it lasted ten years from 1834 to 1845. One of the ppl who fought in this war was Giuseppe Garibaldi, who also had a big part in the unification of Italy. In the end a treaty type of thing was signed and we continued being part of Brasil. Since we are talking Brasil we have to mention football, the two biggest football teams here in RS are Grêmio (woohoo!) and Internacional (blergh;)). RS also has the longest beach in the world, Cassino beach, which although huge is really ugly, at least in my opinion lol;) Hmmm, what else can I say... We have some cool rock bands here, the traditional music is really cool and I constantly kick my ass for not learning the dances that go with them cause they are also cool. We have borders with Argentina and Uruguay, and one of the borders with Uruguay you just have to cross the street on Santana do Livramento and then u arrive in Rivera, and I think that's cool for soem weird reason, hehehe! Well I think that's it...Ah, we are also the state right under Santa Catarina which is where Guga Kuerten is from. Yeah, I think this is it lol, I'll shut up now... ;D

Hi everybody I'm the new girl Leyla. I live on the Wirral, near Liverpool in north-west England, UK. Love this website btw, I used to visit maratsafin.com all the time, but once that went I started coming here. However, I was too shy to come on the message boards so that's why I'm new. Have loved Marat since 1999. He's so gorgeous I wish he was my boyfriend! ha ha
