yeah, i agree with most of what u said too, ivy. well-put.

i know u said not to attack you, but that doesn't mean i can't voice my opnion, right? heh

well, i just kind of disagree with using gaston gaudio's estatic enthusiasm to winning his GS to the way marat acted to his win....cuz I mean, with all due respect to Gaudio...he wasn't exactly the favorite, and he never was in that place of "high-expectations" and "unattained potential" and all like marat has....so he probably wasn't jumping up and down like crazy and stuff cuz it was his second major, and like he said, he was more relieved than anything.....and well, maybe we expected him to express his emotions more with us as he usually does, but he didn't...but isn't that just what u'd expect from marat...he's unpredictable.

This is just a suggestion but he could have jus been emotionally drained cos i know iv had times when iv been like really really happy and then the next day iv still been happy but havn't seemed it cos i was too drained emotionally to be happy. What i mean is that i get the impression his an emotional guy and he could have been really happy but too tired to show it afterwards. Its jus a thought though.

I haven't posted for a really long time, it's like Deja Vu with all the Dasha stuff. I think she looks a helluva lot better than she did last year. ESPN (an American Sports channel) can't get enough of Dasha, that's for sure, all the sportscasters talk about is how pretty she is. And I agree, although I wouldn't have last year. I think some people just get better with age. Dasha seems to project a nonchalance or coolness. Is she like 22 or 23? Well anyway, I just thought I'd put my two cents in, since it's fun!

I agree that she looks much better than last year. But I don't get it. How can she look so much better in one year? She doesn't look as pretty in pics as on cameras and since I only saw pics from last year's AO, maybe her appearance didn't changet at all.

i think that she knew that the cameras were going to be focusing on her, where last year she might have not known or thought about it, so thats why she probably got all dolled up to look pretty on camera. she went all out...she got her hair and makeup done, maybe nails...cant blame her for wanting to look cute especially if she googled herself and read some "not so flattering stuff about herself"

I think the camera can get good angles of people, like some people aren't flattered in photos, but in reality they are really good looking. Or vice versa. I think Dasha is a good looking person, period. But I don't think she's the end-all of looks, like her boyfriend.

true, true, imo she looks better on camera, eventhough she was posing a bit too much (kinda like thats all she was paying attention to, she was too focused on how she would smile and clapp or how her hair looked) but she did look better. i really liked how she had her makeup done.

I suppose, she has the look of someone who is used to some serious social networking, if you know what I mean. I live in Los Angeles, and there are people like Dasha (or at least how I see her) all over! It's like Public Relations 101! But oh well, she's young, he's young, and really how much longer can she go around being the cat's meow? Personally, if I were rich and able to go all over the world, I'd have tons of fun--snapping pictures and making sure the photographers get my good side, I think that's what she's doing.

cant blame the girl for tryn to look good . if i was in her shoes id do the same thing, why look average when you can look great?? ;D i still think that she could gain a coulple of pound though otherwise she'll break in half. the girl is just too shinny. wonder why marat likes his women to be skin and bones? im not saying she should gain 20lbs or anything but at least 5lbs or so. dont you think?

Maybe Dasha made good use of the Garnier make over tent offering free beauty and hair ;D treatments on site!!!
