As someone else pointed out on another site Regarding the photo of marat and Dasha considering Marat has just won a grand slam and has the love of his life around him, don't you think they look a little bored.? Marat looks like he does when he has to have a photo taken with a fan. They have hardly got their hands all over each other ready for a night out of celebration, a little too restrained in my mind! or he was tired from playing 2weeks, talking to the press for 2hours, she was waiting for 2hours...and then after all that still posing... just face it, accept it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, their probably verry happy together!! |

no problem teresa, i know it took me a while to see it was dasha too. she looks very different in the pictures so i thought i would share them with you guys since they werent posted on here. hope you guys liked them ;D but what on earth was she wearing?  ?? she looks very skinny  ( i guess marat likes that since silvia was very very small as well) i really dont like what she is wearing in these pics though  |

haha ooh ok easy mistake to make ;D i'm ok with the denim skirt and boots outfit (though with stockings???) but what is up with that black? anyhoo... did anyone else think she was a lot more dressed up for the final - normally she's pretty casual but on sunday she had her hair done, more makeup nice sweater etc  yes i think she is attractive but i don't think it wil last - i'd be happy for marat if it did but i doubt it - they may be back together but i doesn't seem very definite to me...just by the way they both were at the AO and her comment "i'm still on the scene. i haven't been replaced"...i dunno doesn't seem like something you'd say if you were 100% together and happy IMHO edit: BTW hi everone!!!! i've lurked on the forum for a little while but this is my 2nd post, just though i'd put my 2 cents in - congrats ruth on a great site too ;D |

hmm. good point shan. yeah, i couldn't recognize her in the pic where she's in black...the denim skirt outfit and tweed jacket would have been nice had it not been for those boots.....i think they were just a bit too much and bulky for the look she was going for.

Hi Shan, nice to see you here Agree that the 'No-one's replacing me' quote is a little unsettling Out of all the nice things she could have said about Marat and his win..... Anyhoo, it's interesting that Marat's been jumping in and out of other relationships since the break-up...... maybe Dasha's comment was aimed at someone in particular? The on-off-on-off pattern is a bit Deja Vu though...anyone else getting flash backs to the Silvia days? ;D Those Ktvo-chem-ru (or whatever the crazy russian-to-english spelling is...!) pics were taken last year at some Russian nightclub parties etc The website is dedicated to Russian celebs and fancy premieres etc and a good place to get yourself well known in the tabloids *ahem* |

Ruth do you know anything about this. According to a Russian journalist Marat didn't look very happy when he arrived in Russia for someone that had just one a grand slam and was meant to be in a happy relationship. Marat and Dasha went their seperate ways when they arrived! Do you know what's going on!
