Dinara Safina stepping out on Court after a nice win for Sveta And she just lost the first set to the world no. 167 in the tie-break. Brainless game by Dinara. She's stressing herself out completely, ridiculous. I'm off to Andy Murray's home country early tomorrow morning, so I wish all of you a great USA Open and a good last 2 weeks here. I'm not sure I'll be back in time to say good-bye, but I guess I've already done that anyways (kind of). Behave! ;D  |

My wean won in the third set, 6-4. She's turning into her big bruv ...  I wish her coach could give out some more positive vibes when he's watching. Jeez, he was doubled up in anxiety watching ... as was I, but I would have tried my damnest to hide it from her ... particularly as she always has the habit of looking towards her entourage.  Granted, when watching my Big Pixie, I probably wasn't as good at hiding my emotions as I thought I was ... I was probably a miserable looking bas**** ... ;D Anyway, she should take the positives ... she dug in, and put the nerves aside and finished on a love game ... eventually. Bless 'er. I always want to give her a hug. ;D Wee sweetie. Looks like I could be up in the middle of the night tonight ... oor Andy, a night match. Bugger.  Watching SKY tonight, there was a clip of my Big Pixie on the practice courts with Rafa. He's had his barnet cut again (translation - a haircut ... damn, I like the curls) and he's apparently second on Armstrong court tomorrow. At least I can get home - hopefully, as I have a meeting at 3pm - and see the start of the match, and record for posterity. Do it in 3 Big Yin, or you'll piss me off no end.  I'd like dinner at a decent hour. Remember, focus. He's a leftie, so try to take that return early - or just get that ball into play at least ... FG PS Davis may shop till she drops while in Scotland ... the weather looks crap. As per all 'summer'. I am on hand as a prospective guide. ;D Between meetings ... and reports ... if need be. Happy to give her a warm Scottish welcome. Unlike the weather. |

So I have crawled from under the rock I have been hiding under  and thought I should make myself heard since this is the last tournie on this amazing forum before it shuts down  All I hope for Marat is that he manages to go out on his final GS in a blaze of glory whether it be an epic battle somewhere during or maybe even lifting the trophy (last time for deluded fantasies! lol  ) So all that is left to say is DAVAI MARAT, lets make this USO a good one!!! ;D woo hoo, half way thru the first week and marat is still in the USO ps: HELLO DI!!!! |
