but when the crowd cheered for him and yelled his name, he had such a cocky smile on his face and turned to Tursunov and said sth like 'they love me, I'm so hot, they can't resist me'. I expected him to be a little more humble.. LMAO thanks Tita!!! I'm pretty sure you got him wrong , he was just ironical not arrogant. You shouldn't take it seriously. Mitya and Marat always tease and dig at each other, so it was the act, the part of their 'game' But Marat really SHOULD have signed for the kids!! |

Marat won 6:1, 6:4 was a rather boring match LOL but he won and that's what counts ;D ;D ;D It's winning the boring matches that keeps you in the action zone! A good test of concentration probably. |

Concentration was practically non-existent and so were the stats: Aces 2 UEs 31 winners 5  it was a real torture for him...and he was mad at himself for missing a lot of shots ... but that resulted in a lot of loud Russian swearing, so that part was rather entertaining ;D ;D |
