Don't know what my plans are for Wimbledon/Club Med @ Roehampton yet. They're a tenuous 'yes I'll be there for first few days' thing, but no guarantees. I'm waiting for a phone call first before I book my train tickets I won't be there for the 2nd week. Re: Roehampton >> management couldn't say whether or not Marat will actually put in an appearence at Club Med - it seems it's something he'll decide on after he's arrived in London, and see how he's feeling. If he does play there, I should be able to see him because it's so close to Wimbledon & where I'm (hopefully) staying - just 2 stops on the underground or so. But as I say, it's not 100% that I'll make it to London - to quote Marat 'we'll see' ;D BTW, Teresa >> it's Liverpool for 3 guaranteed matches on grass. Nottingham is the arch-enemy of Liverpool ;D *boo hiss*

I start to hate this seeding system. It's sucks. Everyone knows that MArat deserves better than being the 19th seed.
But I try not to think about this. I realy hope that MArat would forget that he dislikes grass and play in full strenght. He realy should have been atleast to the semis in Wimby. I hope he steps up and plays like he should on grass. Some nice serve and volleying..

Most of the qualifications for Wimbledon are played there (and are being decided as we speak!) They also do some exhibition matches, which I think is what Marat has his name down for. He's already in the UK now, so there's a chance he may still turn up to the Roehampton thing. The link for the tournament is www.clubmedcup.com

I'm very worried about Hewitt in the 4th round... That's VERY difficult. Moya in 3rd ofcourse, but I don't think he's all that dangerous on grass.
Fed in the quarters! OMG

Does anyone know anything about Tursunov? Normally I would think this was not a bad draw even with Moya in the third, cause I think if Marat's confidence is up he should be able to beat Moya, :-*hopefully Peter will help in this regard, and then Hewitt yeah.....Marat likes a challenge so hopefully he can get passed Hewitt, and if he puts his mind to it he will, Hewitt though has a mind of steel and determination to match and then he will hopefully be pumped to go after Roger. But if Marat's confidence is low, and he keeps thinking how much he hates grass, and how good Alaska or LA is looking, well........I guess once again I won't get to see habibi cause he won't be around long enough for them to televise one of his matches Marat you can play on grass, you can you can, so go out there and kick arse Good Luck habibi

OMG He has to get past Tursunov first Vass!! Is Tursunov any good at the moment? Any news anyone? He was good last year at the US Open I remember. But our dear Marat can screw it up just with anyone on a bad day so I try to take it cool, stress on "TRY"! I read Moyke has shoulder problems, too bad!!!!!! I hope my dear Carlos can still play at Wimby!

I predict a score of 6-4 6-3 6-2 against Tursunov. In the second round ther should also be just a 3 setter. Moya can be dangerous, but if Marat plays well he can handle him in tough 4 sets. The 4th round with Hewitt is sure to go all the 5 sets.
