Hopefully Mauresmo will choke ala RG 04 and Dinara can win!!! fingers crossed!! You know how she cant play at home too much pressure etc...... The Open Gaz de France has nothing to do with RG. Amelie has already won it, there's not half the pressure she has in RG believe me. So i doubt she could choke. But then again, you never know. When her brain is ok, that's the turn of her body to abandon her And Dinara showed in Melbourne she could put Amélie under pressure. She can do it with everyone, Serena, Kim Clijsters... but she never wins. She has to start winning one day!! *fingers crossed 4 2mrw* Nicki, that's avery nice pic of Dina!

from the tournament website:
Russian Dinara Safina reaches the final of the tournament by beating Tatiana Golovin in an ecstatic semi-final. Marat Safin’s little sister seemed delighted by this new achievement.
Was this semi-final the best match of your week ?
Yes it is. We play at a good level together. In the first set, I can’t say that I was playing better than her. Maybe, but I think I was playing smarter. I was hitting winners from my wrist shots and everything was going in.
Did you think you could make it to the final?
When I came here in Paris, I hoped I could win a match. Then I won my first round and I thought I had to win another one. Then Serena retired and I said to myself: « Now I have to take my chance to go to the final, and I did it. This is unbelievable.» <br> Would you rather play against Petrova or Mauresmo? If I play against Petrova, it will be a Russian match with a lot of tension. But if I play against Amélie, all the public will support her. In the two cases, it will not be a wonderful match for me (laughters). Winning here would be a dream ! But I have to take it easy and not put too much pressure on myself.

That's gonna be great to watch for you Steph!!!!!!!! As I'm here I'm gonna complain - both Mario and Feli lost in Marseille today!!!!! Arrrggggggggghhhhh But thankfully that means I don't have to pay that much attention to the final tomorrow. And good I knew the results before watching the semis on video. yeah!!! finally i'll see a match of her entirely. well, the first i saw entirely was her match against Amélie at the Australian Open, but i-net video doesn't equal old little tv ;D sorry about Mario and Feli And before i write an entire page in this thread by my own, i think i'll go read some others ;D
