I was abaolutely delighted to see that Maria won, I never really liked her before but she showed so much guts and determination throughout the whole tournnamentso she really deserved to win and I really respect and like her now! And two Russian grand slam wins!! Well with all the girls from Russia playing, it was really only a matter of time!!! Now we'll have to see if they can make it three!!!
I was so disappointed that Mario lost and it was a Federer-Roddick final, I don't like either of them!!! So I didn't really care who won!!!

A certain man from Russia in a GS final and finally winning it would be much nicer though instead of Russian girls there..... or I mean besides the Russian girls of course!  I still enjoyed the final a lot, great tennis all in all!!!!! And without Marat I didn't have to worry about getting a heart attack! |

how about a russian men's and women's champion double?
the guy has to be a certain 6 foot 4er though... preferably clean shaven and with tidy hair.
