Right now Kim and Lleyton are engaged! does anyone know how they met? My mom says that Kim went to go get an autograph for her younger sister, then they started talking and they started to go out! Is this true? What made Lleyton ask Kim out??
I'm very curious right now!!

and then later that week or that day or something like that they bumped into each other on their way to the party (the party after the Grand Slam I think it was) and then they fell in love and lived happily ever after. ;D
At least that's how the commentators on the belgian channels said how it all went

They met when Kim went to australia on a junior competition. Her sister wanted an autograph from Rafter. But Kim had difficulties to get it. She met Lleyton, who was also in the junior tournament, they fell in love! (and he helped her to get the autograph for her sister) He proposed to her during december before the new season started (and yes it was on a boat, in the sydney Bay- really romantic!  ) I read somewhere that Kim was thinking about having a baby in ...erm, 2007 i think (if i remember well). So she'd have to quit tennis (maybe not definitely though) |

i'e heard that guga's really nice too. and he contributes a lot to charities as well. sweet...
as for the kim-lleyton match... i personally found it quite erm... ridiculous. *waits to get bashed* but it's sweet i guess.

Question: Why did you think it was ridiculous? -ivers well... i see it as blatant publicity seeking. of course, it was sweet that they were using their "couple power" to draw in the crowd so that the money would come in for the charity. but... erm.... "power couple" stuff like this tends to remind me of attention craving couple stunts like...erm.... "ben affleck and j lo's movie flops" etc. but of course, it's just me. |
