Oh finally ;D ;D ;D I was very very sorry for Dinara, she had a hell of a tournament and deserved to win but I am absolutely thrilled for this girl. She was in the final in Sydney back in 2000 but only managed a silver medal and here she is 8 years later - an Olympic Champion!!!!!!!!!!! As she said herself - Dinara will have her chance, these were her first Olympics. As for Lena - these are probably her last, so she absolutely deserved to win this time!!!!!!!!!!! WELL DONE GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

For the first time yesterday I actually saw Maxim, Lena's boyfriend (see top photo of Ily's previous post) present during the match, it sure did a trick ;D Congratulations to our girl on her Toronto title  She beat Masha Sharapova in the final 6-4 6-3 ;D    |
