YaY SUPER MARIO!!!!!!!! ;D  Makes the comeback from 2 sets down 36 46 63 64 13-11 to (barely) escape Verdasco (who played some good stuff today - winners left & right - where'd he come from?  ) whew ... talk about a heart-stopping nail-biter -- yeeesh You alive, Annette?  Mario will play Fed in the first set QF (Fed-Lleyton's 1st set TB - can we say tight?) -- Fed over Hewitt 76 62 64 -- Ancic holding the title of Last Man to Beat Fed at Wimby |

Heading back up to Scotland - can feel the chill in the air already! Been a while since I've felt this cool. Watched Maestro's first set and then had to scamper for the train. I would have been heartbroken if Hewitt had beat him. Bambi has had some match - his legs are gonna hurt tomorrow.
Rafa looks like he's on a roll, so the Big Yin may not have too long to wait now.
Remember Big Yin, you are covered head to toe in fairy dust - and grass is your best surface! Keep changing your tactics to keep Stan guessing ... and get in to that bloody net for your fairy godmother! X!

It seems that the reporter on wimbledon radio love Marat. They almost talk all the time about him.

I can't believe Kuznetsova, Jankovic, Tipsarevic and Baghdatis lost!!!!! YAY to Mario! He drove me nuts in the 5th. Seriously! Commentator voiced his pity to all fans of either one of the two - it was absolutely nerve-wrecking, LOL! All the better that MArio prevailed 13-11 ;D Rafa gave me a scare with his nearly 10-minute injury time-out right after the first game of the match. He was uncomfortable throughout the following two hours but still beat Youzhny 63 63 61. Very impressive. Wonder what would've happened if he had been pain-free... Marat is driving me nuts as usual  , but at least he broke again. Maybe he can close the first set 64 (pretty please?) And before I forget: Richie snatched the first set from Murray 75. Bet the Brits don't like that, ha! ;D Thanks for the effort hun! It doesn´t work unfortunately... I´m like on the oldest computer i´ve ever seen.. so weird. I got errors all the time and I have no idea what they mean! I cannot even watch livescores on wimbledon.com because it won´t download anything.. Now I´m just following the livescores on eurosport.com with comments! GO MARAT! He just broke!!!! |
