Btw... anyone knows if there's gonna be a livestream from Memphis?? Apparently there's no live stream at all  BUT: Eurosport 2 broadcasts one Semi Final and the Final (at least in Germany). Wanna put your money on Marat still being the tournament by then?  |

Wanna put your money on Marat still being the tournament by then? 20 quid he is. ;D I might even take the day off to watch it ... assuming they aren't doing their usual and showing a match nobody wants to watch. Big Yin, I expect a decisive win. I will be out manning a Fairtrade stand after work tonight (we're trying to get Fairtrade staus for the whole region - it's about 18 months of work ahead). So, I'm doing my bit for Fairtrade and I'll expect you to do your bit, and more, for the girls. A straight sets victory preferably.  Remember, keep the head and get out their aggressively from the opening set. No slow starts allowed any more.  |

Blake pulls out of Memphis with sore right knee
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -James Blake withdrew Monday from the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships, citing a sore right knee that had been bothering him the past couple of weeks.
Blake had been seeded second in the tournament but withdrew from Memphis for a second straight year because he said he felt he wouldn't be able to play a competitive match. He reached the finals here in 2000 and was ninth in the ATP rankings Monday.
The American said his knee had bothered him at Delray Beach, where he lost in the finals, and last week in San Jose, where he lost in straight sets in the quarterfinals.
Blake plans to rest for the next week or two.

oh...sorry for him Blake for Marat it's mean he has more chance of winning Marat vs Johanson 3-2 head to head I hope it gonna be 4-2  the winner in first round Marat or Johanson will find Guccione in the second round go go Marat |

Duh. I'm a muppet.  Hey, maybe somebody will be there and post a match report later for us. PS The Fairtrade stand had a lot of enquiries over the day. Most people were stunned by the variety of products - and that it didn't mean they had to part with too much cash either! That's capitalism for you. The chocolate went down a treat with everyone. Think we've converted a few more to the cause. |
