Here is my report :
Tuesday 18th of april, Monte -Carlo Country Club.
It was the firts time for me to see Marat playing.
On that sunny day, I had my seat just behind the VIP boxes.
When Marat entered the CenterCourt, the crowd welcomed him, aplaused him, and I heard some "DAVAI Marat !!!" : you know people really like him !!!!
He was upset very quickly in the first set : started to talk shout, talking to himslef in russian, throwing his racquet and finally broke it (I loved that part, hehehe !!!!!)
We know he lost the match 6/0 - 7/5 ... but he is so charismatic : time went so fast !!!!
At the end of the match, Marat was desapointed so he left the court very quickly.
After the match Nadal/Clément, I went to the VIP Village.
I was lucky enough to get an access to be there.
I saw Marat walking to have a seat some meters in front of mine.
He looked very cool, and one or two persons stopped him to have a picture with him and (or) some autograph. He made it with smile : he is a nice person !!!
I was soooo impressed : he is so tall !!!! But so cute !!!!
Then Elena came to join him : she is a very pretty small woman, she had no make-up, very simple !!!
She seems to be in love with Marat : he was drinking some CocaCola and she was puting her head on his shoulder : They looked very sweet together !!!
I didn't picture them in that private moment (I am not a paparazzi, LOL !!!)
Then Marat woke up : he had to prepare for his double.
Some people in the Village asked him for picture, autograph.
I didn't dare to ask him : you know I was so impressed !!!!! But, I promise, next time I will ask him for both : picture & autograph =DDD !!!!
I will never forget that time!
I wish every people who support and love Marat to see or meet him one day :
