Hi! I'm from Mexico City, it's a really nice place to live, Mexico is famous for Tequila, cactus, mariachi and large hats, but actually tihs is not even closer of what mexico really is. First of all Mexico is not a desert (as those americans like to visualize us, nothing against americans ;D) it's beaches are beautiful (one of Marat's favourite place is Cancun) we have a lot of folklore, in the north we have a border with the USA, in the west with the Pacific ocean and in east with the gulf of mexico. it's the largest, most populated city in the world!, and we have the largest avenue (Av. Insurgentes) wich crosses the whole country from Guatemala to the USA. Well i can't think of anything more to say to you about my conuntry ( i think you should come to visit it) Enjoy!! hi pau!! that's cool! welcome to TGFR if i haven't already welcomed you ;D yet another place to put on my "to visit" list...

it's the largest, most populated city in the world!, Sorry to greet you this way, but i thought that Tokyo is now the largest city. ;D Of course I might just mix up Mexico's city-proper population with Tokyo's metropolitan-area population. THe latter population is always greater in any city, which might be a factor in comparing the two cities. I like Mexican food, btw.

hmm, i finallt found some pics of where i live. There's nothing really interesting here, i live near Paris so the major attraction is... Paris but here is my city: my uni this is a giant clock in one of our train stations. This clock is actually the biggest of its kind in Europe. This is a large square with 12 columns, created by the architect Dani Karavan, who created also lots of other cultural monuments in the world, especially in Israel, where he was from. and erm... i guess this is all you must know ;D
