if he wins swedish open, he'll be number 26. If he wins rogers masters cup his ranking will be 11. very good position to play in the US Open. he'll get a good draw. ofcourse he has to win, but I'm confident he can. He did so well on grass. Hard Court is Marat's best surface, so I think he can win rogers masters.

As usual arvind knows a bit more about the outcome of tournaments than the rest of us (including Marat). Let's wait and see what happens before throwing out wild predictions like the ones made above, alright? Thanks all!

Arvind, what about you previous predictions this year? You predicted Marat's great run at every tournament since the beginning of the year. In fact the only tournament you seemed to be a bit less optimistic before it started was Wimbledon You know, saying every time when Marat plays that he'll do great is not a prediction. It's like betting on the same number all the time and sooner or later you have a chance to win.

Whooosh, how things can change! Congrats to all the big movers! (Clement also jumped 73 places to #72, effectively halving his ranking) ... and Marat hops, skips and jumps 43 places to #22 in the points race for the year ;D
