Tennis Channel just showed some highlights of Marat's match (3 minutes, wish could've been longer). Marat looks SO young!
Hope he can manage to improve and play a memorable tourney as a legacy!

Great result for the start of the French Campaign. I have to say I was impressed with his speed and movement around the court. Great play. Love the smiles on the French interview video. He looks almost shy and very cute. Sorry this was meant to be about the tennis - but can't help myself - he does just look gorgeous. Anyone see the 'mock' interview that Tatiana Golovin did with him and Dinara at the RG players' party ? Very sweet - but sorry don't have a link. If anyone else does please post it.

yep on Lenglen! I think the organizers took note that Marat hates playing on Lenglen...I don't like it either by the way

the schedule's changed! Marat is playing 4th still on Chatrier because of the modifications due to today's game interruption!

Fingers crossed that the Big Yin doesn't come on court until late 5ish ... I'm back at work, and want to see the match from the start. Perhaps divine intervention in the shape of a one hour long rainshower would be of assistance ... or Ana does her usual for me and stays on court for a three-setter. ;D You know the routine by now Big Yin, no faffin' and no mumpin'. Good luck. I expect focus ... and some nice serve and volleying occasionally. Remember, be decisive. Punch your volleys ... preferably away from the opponent. ;D FG

Disastrous.. can't see how he can win this like this. Either at Ouanna or at Safin's side (preferably of course) really has to change something RIGHT NOW! in order to win this match.. turn it around! Pleaseee! It's your last RG!!

Just got home at start of third set. Come on my Big Pixie, relax and punch those volleys! The fightback is on ... And you have a fairy on your back now. X
