Tonight, I would like to thank Marat for this tournament. For playing the way he played during all his matches, for puting a stupid smile on my face, for driving me nuts during his second round vs Nalby, for being amazing vs Olie, for doing his best vs Haas.... for not giving up at any moment even when Naby came back in the 5th set tie-break. I would also like to thank him for being so cute during press conferences, and good looking on pictures.... and for looking that great on the screen ;D I love you Marat  Emma!!! You are going to make me start cryin all over again. That was beautifully said and I couldn't agree more. |

Saw the match today .............. so sorry for him he was so close ,
i'm disapointed and happy at the same time !
So close ........... it's a shame he was the better player !!
But let's hope this it the tournament that brings him back to the top !!
Congrats Marat ........... you did very well !!

he deserves a little spanking for this fifth set's tie break : I told you before, marat, once is ok, more is dangerous...  tss tss but he surely stored some confidence (and ranking points) during this usopen...that's the good thing.  |

Marat gave us one hell of a tournament to watch! he played some incredible tennis and I am totally proud of him! I can well and truely say that I think we saw glimpses of the reason we all love him - he is pure raw tallent! THE ONLY WAY IS UP!!!
