The French squad for the tie in Pau also includes Richard Gasquet, Arnaud Clement, Michael Llodra and newcomer Florent Serra. "Sebastien injured his back on Sunday during a training session. He is recovering quickly but is still in trouble when serving," France coach Patrice Hagelauer told Reuters on Wednesday. "The final decision will be taken after a training session tomorrow morning (Thursday) and before the draw. We hope he will pass the test," he added. Russia beat France 3-2 in 2002 in Paris to win their first Davis Cup title and defeated them again by the same score in last year's quarter-finals in Moscow. |
