from the official site www.maratsafin.com There is a new member of Marat's team. Walt Landers has left and Donald "Dr. Don" Nielson has joined Marat as his trainer/fitness expert. Dr Don is a former kickboxing world champion and Marat is learning kickboxing to make him more agile and fit - so watch out all those around him! 09.04.05 Donald "Dr. Don" Nielson has joined Marat as his trainer/fitness expert. They first met in Thailand last year during the Bangkok Open and Dr. Don started working with Marat at the Dubai Championships this year. Donald Nielson is a Hawaiian American who lives in Thailand. With his business partner David Coltman, they run businesses in Thailand and Hong Kong. Dr Don is a former World Champion Kickboxer and an expert in fitness and training. During Indian Wells and Miami - David was with Marat and Dr Don will be with Marat in Monte Carlo. Marat is learning kickboxing to improve his agility on court and his fitness. Welcome to the team Don! Marat kickboxing!!!!! That can be sexy!!! Anyway, I wish he won´t injure himself doing this I really liked Walt.... But it´s Marat´s decision. He surely knows what´s best for him

I always saw the SUPERMAN in him... ;D but yeah, the kickboxing training is very good..won't only make him agile and fit but it'll also make his muscles stronger specially in the legs and arms...actually its a total body work-out...i've seen a traning once... oooh, i got a nasty thought...what if next time he gets angry on the court he won't JUST throw the racket and karate kick it instead? i hope he won't use it against the mean media people or the papparazziz or his opponents! LOL...just kidding....Marat Safin: Lethal Weapon ;D ;D

why did he get rid of Walt? He had good success with Walt and I can't help but notice that every since Dr. Don joined Marat (Dubai), Marat hasn't had any success. Now, it likely is not Dr. Don's fault. but you know...

Well, it probably is not Dr. Don's fault that Marat keeps losing, but I'd like to find some excuses. I also want to see what this Dr. Don looks like.
