well if you take it from the finale score there was nothing interesting in it Federer won 6-4 6-4 6-4, he seems destined to win it again now for the third or fourth time, ::)It doesnt really matter although it seems that a Federer-Nadal match is on the cards. That would be interesting to see, but despite Nadal's record against him I wouldnt advice to bet against the grande master.

I really liked it when Federer was on match point, advanced to the net and YES missed it, Mistake said the commentator next to Mcnroe, I think that it was the point I enjoyed the most in this match, Federer tried to hide a smile on his face, but well who can ;DWe really need Marat those days, it just doesnt become a one man chow, like it did today, when Marat is Live and Kiking

Going out for a potter in the garden now ... Raffa and Baggy will probably be on court for the next 3 hours plus. I'll catch up with the score later. Still think it's likely to be Raffa and Roger though, with Maestro winning.

Well it seems that it shall be again the no 2 seed against the no 1 seed, ::)Marat must do something :-/These two are really highing up the bar too much for anybody aside from them and maybe Marat to sustain, federer might have lost 4 times up till now, but all to the same player, and he still managed to tighten his grip over the top spot even more, by improving on his previous results in RG and the Aussie, Nadal also has been improving in leaps and bounds. Now who would have ever anticipated Nadal reaching the finale, well fairly speaking NOBODY.
He has really become an all court player, and maybe the hire to Brog thrown. And he still can put tremendous pressure on Federer seeing that he had missed all the second half of the ATP, and the australian, federer also missed a couple of tournaments, but it seems that if federer doesnt win it then Nadal is always there to get the job done, Marat should step in and destroy them both .And he really has got a decent chance of doing so, OK his ranking is more towards a centenarian than he is to the top 10, but if he can manage a couple of decent, consistent runs he could earn massive, and we could very much see Marat galvanizing throw the rankings ;)apart cincinati he has got ZERO points in the upcoming tournaments so all to play for. And the grand slams could come in handy this year and the next. the US,Aussie and RG are all blank on points, while wimbly is only second round, so lets hope that we would finally see the true Marat, and start getting some rewards for our support.lol ;D

Rafa is the perfect example for Marat and all of the other players who are complaining on the fact that grass doesn't suit their game! If Rafa can be in the Wimbledon's finals with his style, Marat can win it each year!
I'm amazed by how a fighter Rafa is, unbelievable to keep the focus and the motivation so high after the French Open victory...

So no surprise that Federer reached the final, although i have to admit, he had to come through a tough draw and made it look very easy!! it sometimes scary how amazingly well roger plays, he creates shots which seem impossible!!
And what about Rafa - WELL DONE!!! wow and straight after RG - great transition!! baghdatis had beaten some quality players too, so for rafa to beat him in straight sets is great!!
As for the final, I never thought i would say this but i actually want Federer to win. but then again Rafa has the psychological egde with the head to head record!
But this will definately be a final worth watching. Rafa will put up more of a fight compared to someone like Roddick so that will be fun (the past 2 finals have been so one sided its boring!)

The commentators said that Roger got the jacket specially made because he wanted to look more "classy" comng on and off court. There is an gold RF (roger federer) logo on a pocket with three gold tennis rackets above it (representing his three wimbledon titles). Hope that helps!
