He has to work hard really... But today i'm not sure it was a tennis problem. He wasn't looking to feel good at all... Was playing without energy, without legs... I don't know but it's maybe better that he's out because now he can just take time for himself in order to come in better shape in big events. We all kind of know that he can't focus too long on tennis without becoming a bit mad... Just take it cool Marat it will be better soon!

Yeah Carole I think it was more than just tennis, too. He doesn't look good to me, something is definitely bothering him

I think we are expecting too much. He looks tired and ill. It's normal, after Davis Cup and Valencia to expect great shape, but we can't forget that he is in the beginning of his way back to the top! This is very long and tough way.......and it's absolutely normal to have matches like this! Head up, Marat! We know you can do it!

i agree with all that's been said above...i didn't know about the fever/flu till after the match but now that's it mentioned his color was a bit off...he looked flushed...i thought was a sun thing..(casue was watching on tv) but could well have been the fever....he was completely without legs...esp on his serve...
but i think that his tennis is in place...his head is definitely in the right place and all that needs to happen is to have his body in the right place and fit....the rest will happen naturally....

Oh God..first fir of laughter all day!!!!!!!! This is hilairous!!!!!!!! Found this post on MTF and I almost peed myself laughing. The guy talks about Dima Tursunov:
Today, commentators said that just before his match against Ferrero he realized he still had some 'Russia' tags he had used the previous weekend during the DC tie . So he took them off and stuck them in Grosjean, Llodra and Clement lockers, lol!!!
