Jose Acasuso and Sebastian Prieto clinched their third career trophy as a team (Stuttgart and Bucharest 2005) when they upset top seeds Frantisek Cermak and Leos Friedl 7-6(2), 6-4 in the doubles final at the Movistar Open in Vina del Mar. The Argentines, who reached the final in Buenos Aires last year in their first tournament as a team, hold a 24-7 doubles record. Acasuso claimed his fourth doubles title while Prieto took his seventh crown. Cermak and Friedl last year won five team titles, with Freidl winning an ATP-best six titles for the season. |

Chucho defeated Massú 6-4 6-3 to win the singles title in Viña del Mar and win 2 titles in the same week!!!!! Well done Chucho and good match!!  He didn´t face a break point during the whole match!! Singles title!!

I´ve been drooling over Chucho for already a long time in this thread  He is  in my opinion.... And he is a tall guy, just like I like my men to be.  In the first pic he doesn´t look so well. I like him with the hair shorter (yes, he used it shorter and looks great) and a good shave. ;D ;D |

The DC team for Argentina is Nalbandian, Chela, Calleri and Acasuso. Coria is out. After his performance in the AO he and Mancini (captain) decided so. Gaudio is out ´cause he returned from Viña del Mar injured. It´s Chucho´s first time in the DC team!! Congrats Chuchín!! LOL ;D ;D ;D ;D |
