People, I am almost in tears, Misha is back training! What an amazing recovery!!!!He is practising for DC from tomrrow. Youzhny, the hero of Russia's 2002 Davis Cup winning team, was included in the squad even though he suffered a serious ankle injury at October's St Petersburg Open. "Youzhny will start practising tomorrow," Tarpishchev said on Sunday. "If he regains his fitness level he'll play. I have to nominate players for the tie one hour before the draw. That's almost two weeks, so we have time to make a decision." Youzhny clinched Russia's first title four years ago when he came from two sets down to beat France's Paul-Henri Mathieu in the decisive fifth rubber in the Paris final. 10 reasons to love Misha Youzhny
1) He is a great player, top 25 ranked.He is clam and cool!
2)he is a passionate guy, full of energy.
3)He loves challange, never afraid of anyone, beat lots of
great players and always confident
4)He is a bit stubborn but in a cute way!Typical slavic bloke.
5)He is a russian hero, Davis cup hero!He did heaps there and
heaps of amazing matches.
6)He is an amazing artist to express russian culture,
especially §Þ§Ñ́§ä§Ö§â§ß§í§Û §ñ§Ù§í́§Ü(Russian mat---''slang"unprintable
obscene words)when he is playing tennis:} really, its sounds
like a poem when non russians are listening.
7)Proberly most RUSSIAN player, cute accent, he was born,
trained and grow up in Russian, a pure typically russian boy!
8)Proberly the only play who looks like a teddy bear? Dont u think sO?
