Yep,saw it,too Someone wouldn´t let her go and was holding her hand all the time until she said something to him.
I´m so happy Kim won, and she crushed her so fast,Mary couldn´t even find the time for her 25sec. serves ;D

Everything was going Kims way this year, it was her time, finally.
Kim was getting nervous in the middle of the second set, but fortunenately for her, Pierce was nervous as well. I´m wondering, now that she´s taken that hurdle, if she´s going to win more slams.
I´m probably not going to watch the mens final today, but good luck to Andre

I was very happy too for Kim, she deserved to win.

As for the men's final, I am so not interested, IMO I dont think Andre can win, I mean really how much gas could this guy have left in the tank? YIKES to fight so hard to reach the semis only to lose the finals YIKES again. I really dont see how he is going to beat Roger. There is no way Roger is going to let that happen.

hopefully it won't be over in 3 sets and some good tennis will be played.

So it is officially over

This weekend was a painful one No sleep, no Russians in the final but I must say I had so much fun watching that I totally don't regret a single second of it.

Mary Pierce...no offense but how many other GS finals are you going to spoil for us??? You fight and kick butt and when the final comes it's like Is it you who plays the finals? Oh well.....

Very glad for Kim. About time!!!!! Well done!!!!!!!!! Loved her match against Maria First time I actually saw Maria look as helpless as she did...She was close to that state when she played Petrova but this time it was a thrash.....I was sad for Masha but Kim deserved to win

Lena Dementieva I don't know what to say....seriously I don't. If she had taken that last game when it was 5:2 in the third set (as she was close to doing it), I am convinced she would have won the match. I am not commenting the moment (a rather long one indeed ) that ruined Lena's game...she's a real sport and she took it well but there was an element of unfairness there Still...very well done sweetie!!!!!!!! You showed some truly beautiful tennis during this tournament

Andre....*standing ovation*. That's all I am going to say. You made a final look like a final but noone expected you to play like you played for 3 or 4 hours, the speed of the game was so high that it became obvious he was going to run out of gas...but still you are a playing legend and thank you for a spectacular performance throughout the USO

Roger....congrats!!!!!!!! He wasn't his usual brilliant selt througout the WHOLE final match but he once again proved that he's NO 1.

It was a beautiful final, I was up till 4am (woke up at 7 to go to work ) watching it and xchanging SMSes with my friend from England and we both came to a conclusion that we had fun watching it, enjoyed the tennis tremendously but our nerves didn't tickle and our hearts didn't pump, they were asleep, which can mean only one thing....we miss you, Marat

But I saw women's final and part of the men's.

I'm really, really happy for Kim Finally a GS tittle And her game against Maria was amazing

I was watching the final and after the great sec. set I really believed that Andre could win that match though I also feared he might run out of gas... But he really played awesome during the whole 2 weeks, he would have deserved the trophy but...
Alright, Roger, I´m for sure not a fan of you ;D but congratulations , well done !!
