*Annie waltzes into TGFR grinning* ;D ;D ;D We love you Lena we do...we love you Lena we do..we love you Lena we dooooooo OOOOOOOOHHHHHH Lena we love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to say but I woke up at 4am to watch the match and I haven't regretted it for a second. Lena you were phenomenal.....Thank you for this joy!!!!!!!!! I think what summarises it all is a piece of Lindsay's post-match interview Q. Were you surprised or maybe even impressed with the fact that she just didn't go away? LINDSAY DAVENPORT: You know, she doesn't. I mean, she's a phenomenal competitor. With the amount of setbacks she has with her serve in other matches, she always hangs in there. She's a huge fighter. She manages to stay very positive in some bizarre circumstances in matches. No, I didn't think she would go away. She plays well down, and worse when she's up. I couldn't have said it better myself ;D *YAY* hahahahah ;D AGREED..........and I hope she stays this way for her match against Maria *YAY* *BIg Clap* Sorry Lau, I really agree with Annie about Coria so was thrilled Robby pulled it off. I know, I know, I was like WTF WTF WTF still cannot get over it.

I officially lost any little interest I had in the USO. I think I`m more interested in the female semis and final... And that means A LOT in my case..

But the other two Roger is really not playing that well, but his opponents Now Maria is playing. But, seems like she´s loosing, she just wasted a good chance for 4-3 in the second I mean, Kim is a nice girl, but somehow she never was one of my favourites.

I wish Elena had won. Anybody else feel Pierce took Elena's rhythm away with that 12 minute " injury " break. I do. And Pierce, why don't the officials ever say anything when she takes at least 25 seconds to serve, she always gets away with that.

I was really upset, and especially in the end it seemed to me that Pierce prayed to the whole world before serving I was just like OMG ,please just hit the ball .... And after that also Maria lost, I really like Kim, but after that great fight at the end of the sec. set and the tiebreak Maria would have deserved a better third one but....

Am really glad Kim won but Maria was really good at 5-2 second set,she was taking her chances..i really hope kim beats pierce...i really can't stand her prissyness, she doesn't really deserve to be in the final, but let's hope that if there is a rematch of mary and elena at Fed cup,the result will be the other way around.at least elena is in the double's final.roger and lleyton and andre and ginepri..probably be a roger-andre final..hopefully

Q. How hard is it for you to be patient during the 25 seconds she takes to adjust the ponytail and look at her nails? What is going through your mind at that time? ;D ;D ;D ELENA DEMENTIEVA: You know, when you have to play against Mary, you have to be ready for this. You know, you have to be patient, you know. She's ‑‑ you know, she likes to take all this extra times and, you know, it was okay for me, really.

Patience is a virtue....that's nice of Elena...although it was clearly a tactic....

>:(mary's flufffing about tactic is really getting to me though.. I'll second that. Even Pat McEnroe is still talking about it today, first time I've seen Pat a little irritated. ESPN calling it a controvresial win for Pierce, but too late it's over and Mary won The crowd, for Pierce for some reason until the 3rd set finally they start cheering for Elena.. I assume they consider Mary American so she got the crowd support, no support from this American, never liked the way she played and never will. I can do a load of wash before she serves, irritating to say the least. I did like this from Elena: Q. I'm referring to the injury time‑out that Mary took, you know, 12‑minute injury time‑out after losing the first set. ELENA DEMENTIEVA: You know, yeah, I think, you can change the game around by winning unbelievable point or by changing the rhythm. I mean, that's the fair point. But by taking like 12 minutes time‑out, I don't think it was a fair play, but she could do it, I mean, by the rules. And she did it. If that's the way, you know ‑‑ if that's the only way she can beat me, I mean, it's up to her. That's right, Elena !!
