*New Skins For TGFR Members*

For those who don´t know, a "skin" is the message board appearance, the message board color scheme., the colors in which you see the board.

EDITED: the optional skins, at the moment, are 'old skin' and 'cloudy day'. We hope you like the new default skin, 'grape'

EDIT2: New AO 07 skin added (not definitive) We are trying it.

The TGFR staff thought it would be a good idea to have another skin for the message boad.
The current skin will remain as the default one for the moment.
The only way you can try the new skin is being a TGFR member and AND being logged in.
We hope this new skin will improve your experience in TGFR. We would like to know your opinions and suggestions, so feel free to post them here

For trying the new skin you need to chose it from your profile.

Here are the instructions

Go to your profile and click on Modify profile








Once your in the "modify profile" window, look for 'Account preferences' and there look for the 'select skin' option. In the drop-down menu select the skin you want (the default skin is grape)





Once you selected the the skin, scroll down and click on the 'Modify profile' button





And that´s it, you can enjoy a new skin ;D

But I had a problem changing my avatar..I changed the url and everything and clicked on "modify profile". But then my old avy pic appeared. I tried it a second time and now everything is fine. Don´t know if it was a problem with my pc or with the new skin.

I like the new colors. Could you maybe also create an "office skin"? You know, neutral white background so my straining from official duty isn't all too obvious, LMAO? ;D ;D ;D

I really like the new skin,it's unusual,a bit darker maybe,but really nice.Love these colors!!It's a coincidence,just a few days before,something made me wonder would you ever change the skin.

The change on the very top of the page is one that I support 100 % !

I don´t think that´s a problem with your PC or the new skin, it´s a Proboards thing. Sometimes it takes a little more for the messagge board to show changes.
When this happends try again and if it doesn´t work, try later

It´s less pink, but the colors are actually lighter ones. We were looking for less contrast between colors.

LOL ;D That could not be the definitive version. We didn´t decide yet. There might be some changes up there LOL

Ok,maybe I didn't choose a right word-overall,it looks "calmer".Ok,this is not a right word either,but I think you get it better what I thought .I'll try once again-the colors are somehow "dirtier",and that's fine by me
