OK, My try, feel free to correct my English Chris, you smart girl!
For some time already MARAT SAFIN cannot be pictured (imagined) without tattoos and a strange bone mask on a black ribbon. He swore to the journalists that he found the mask in one of his bags and liked it so much that he cannot leave it (part with it): "Believe me, there's nothing special or mystical, no hidden meanings, I simply like it just like the tattoos."
Do you believe it?..
I hope I didn't make too many mistakes miss English specialist Chrissiej. I'm off to my sleep that's now been diminished to 1 hr. So I'm in no mood to check - can one say - "to part with it" re the mask? LOL @ the language lessons on the MB!
