I wanted this so badly for him. It sucks. I must admit he didn't play at his best today, by far, but Igor also played much better than I expected hem to be.

I can't believe this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How sad this match is. Before it started, I dreamed that I was posting piccies of Marat holding the trophy aloft.

Still, credit to IGGY K. He has played consistently. Marat didn't play at his usual level. He made too many errors that cost him a title.

At least, his ranking will go up a little more.
