Sorry for such a delayed Wimbledon report but ive still had school to complete but now im free for my holidays i will try and tell you about my 2 weeks at Wimbledon. And since Marat is not playing this week ill try and give you guys a good read for the week. 
Well i was working at the Members resturant - where all the Members of the all england lawn tennis club come to dine - mostly full of posh of people and some celebs i met include - Sir Cliff Richard. P Diddy (surprised he had the suitable dress code) Ralph Lauren, Bobby Robson, Kate Middleton (on/off gf to Prince William) and some other birtish celebs.Was'nt allowed to ask for autographs in the resturant otherwise i would have got fired. Work was hard but the people i worked with were lovely, i was the youngest there. But i had access to all areas at Wimbledon - Centre and Court 1 included except for the players lounge and virtually got to meet every player in the draw.
P.S Ill try and keep these reports short and sweet so u dont get bored and the fact i cant be arsed LOL
P.S.S These may be boring because i have forgot alot of the stuff that happened but i had fun!
BTW - Marat referred to the costly price of food - i on behalf of the members resturant can confirm that Marat was not talking abut us LOL But he could have come to me for cheap food - would've have sorted him with something out.
DAY 1
Weather was crap and not much tennis took place and if so was poor all except 1 particaular match which was not complete at 9:18 in the evening. That was TIger Tim -due to finishing late i watched this on Henman Hill and the atmosphere was amazing and its one of the sights in the tennis world Henman playing at Wimbledon - the tension was unbearable.
It was really a poor day managed to see Federer win and got Teimuraz's autograph and he was really nice.
It'a amazingright next out kitchen is the interview room so i basically followed Roger up there and got to sit in his press conference. was amazing.
Only other highlight was talking to Mohammed Layhani (Umpire) who was relly lovely and even took a pic with me when he was heading home.
Marat Info - I saw Marat arrive - i must admit he is one of the hardest guys to find at Wimbledon - he literally only is on site when he is playing he dont hang around. I never knew he hated Wimbledon that much. He was'nt able to practise due to the weather
DAY 2
This was a pleasant day as it involved a Marat Victory - manage to only see the last set as i was at work
but seemed to impress me.
I managed to get his autograph for the sake of it - i have it 4 times already. He was talking to all his russian supporters who made him sign a flag, kissed this old lady he seemed to know at the exit gates and started an awwwwwwwwwwww chant - which brought a smile to his face. The best thing was as i was following him - marat got taken to the broadcast centre and as i was beside him just checking my phone i unconciuosly followed him into the broadcast centre and then i lost him to the media. I must admit it so good having access to everywhere you feel respected and to some extent i was a bit arrogant but hey it's WImbledon.
Today i stuck to the Russians and sadly saw Igor Kunitsyn lose a close 5 setter.

After coming back from 2 sets down he succumbed in the final set. - i believe i may have a reason for this - he was joined in the crowd be his doubles partner a MR Dmitry Tursunov.
Being the guy he is he made his way to the court in a different way by jumping into some bushes and around the back - under the watchful eye of myself. He ran into some problems though his shoe got caught and fell off but he continued
- only before pleading to me to throw his shoe back - which i delayed as long as possible and could'nt stop laughing - he told me to smell it and that is when i decided to throw it back LOL
Such a lovely pic looks like he's taking a toilet break - wonder what he is thinking here?
I bargained a deal with him if i threw his shoe back he takes a pic with me - so i followed him to threw the bushes and to his seat and got my photo taken with him
I started talking to him about everything, mentioned Marat a bit and i realised where Kunitsyn go - his replay was ' i think he went to get the crap out of his pants' -Toilet break.
Unfortuinately i had to leave but took 1 last pic of Dima
And so Kunitysn had lost and i went to get his autograph and console him when this little chinese girl came up to him with a bag and card said
'excuse me sir. Could you give this to Yvgeny Kafelnikov please. I am a big admirer.
Kunitsyn politely replied ' sorry little girl i dont know where he is'
Little Girl replys -'are'nt you Marat Safin - your supposed to be good friends'
Kunistyn looks mad and says'no you've got the wrong guy'
Little girl interupts Igor 'where is Marat Safin'
At this point i want to but in so Igor can leave
But Kunitsyn says ' im sorry you need to find Marat Safin and give it him' (im thinking you could give it to me to give Safin but was'nt happening!)
Igor then swiftly leaves. In this pic is the girl, the card and present is blocked ,for Zhenya Kafelnikov. Igor was about to cry!
More is to come but i when i was bored i used to look at my pics and come up with captions of what there thinking - would like to know what u think they're thinking LOL
