Day 4, Thursday May 17!A little Hang-overed , and very tired after last night.... Some Kolya pictures...   Hewitt...... (with Bec and the Hottie coach )   Nieminen vs. Novak      Friday, May 18!Doubles match: Hanley/Ullyett vs. Nieminen/Calleri     Annette and Lena, on the opposite of the court, watching the Doubles...  1st Quarterfinal Match... Roger vs. Ferrer!         2nd Quarterfinal Match.... Novak vs. Carlos ( ;D) Novak was so full of respect for Carlos.... He was applauding for the beautiful shots Carlos made, very respectful! to Novak for that!                   3rd Quarterfinal: Gonzalez vs. Nadal                     After this match, we decided that NOBODY wanted to see the Hewitt- Almagro match ..... Annette went home, because she wasn't feeling great (Thank you, Maratik... All because of you and your late night match!) so Alex, Annabel and I went for a Mexican dinner, and then we headed off to the Harbour.... Because of the 30th aniversary of the Hamburg Harbour, there was a nice firework planned!!!!! Some piccies.....

Last day..... The finals........ The week went soooooo F****** fast... But it'll soon be next year! And i'll be there... Definitely!!!!!!! The doubles final, Bryan Bro's vs. Hanley/Ullyett        And then... The to be expected final....... Roger was facing his 5th  !!!!! Spanish speaking and 4th Spanish !!! opponent.... RAFA!!!!!!!   The Roger couch ;D  HSV (soccer club in Hamburg) was represented with 3 players + wifes   Roger was very excited and happy here    Celebrating with Mirka!      Tournament Director Walter Knapper  The 4 of us, with the winner  And the TGFR Cheering squad......  And, with this last pic, I would like to thank (Yes, one more time ;D ) all of the 4 wonderful ladies, who'm I met there, for the 1st time! for Annette, Annabel, Alex and Lena! It was a terrific time there, and also because of the 4 of you! Frensje |
