hey everyone!
as some of u might know, the ATP has this weekly magazine show thing. and this week they had a segment on....MARAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so anyway, they caught marat and plonked him down for a quick interview during a rain delay in beijing. and the topic for discussion was basically about all the travelling the players have to do week in week out and what they do in their spare time and during rain delays.
so they showed marat arriving in beijing with leonid (fromj last year) oh and they showed the singapore airline plane! ;D and marat was talking about how it is tough to have to move from one hotel to another every week and having to keep adjusting to the place and blahblah.
then, they asked about recreation of course. and they showed marat going out for dinner with the other players, like GORAN! and a few others i can't really name
and marat talks about how they just hang around, go for dinner, drinks... and how usually, players from the same country tend to hang out together.
and they show marat playing pool. but the pool footage looks kinda old.. maybe a couple of years. cos he's clean-shaven and apple-cheeked
and he was playing with, i think denis and someone who looked like volkov (not too sure)
then marat says that during rain delays, they usually jjust hang around, play cards, read, and watch movies. like... depending on their mood, they might watch dramas...or comedy or cartoons and here i quote marat "like shrek"... then thanks to his quote. they show a short clip of shrek 2 !!! lol...
and basically...that's about it! oh yeah..and they interspersed the airport clip and the pool clip and the dinner clip and the interview clip with match clips fromm early last year. yepz...that's about it!!!! ;D
