Dear God please let Marat play Montreal, if we have to wait for Cincy I don't know what will happen  imagine what it was like in 2003 when Marat was hurt most of the year  Where you here then? I forget if anyone that still posts was here that year besides me. It was so dead here  and when it was lively, it was because of weird threads that took on a life of their own, much like this one. Too bad the forum those were on is gone now, it would be fun to dig some of those up and laugh at them again |

No matter what all others say, I love this picture, except, of course, I want it to me my butt sitting on him and my back his hands are all over. Que sera.
Someone on menstennis forum had a hilarious picture - they took Marat's head shot from this beach photo and putting it in the center of a movie promo that says Marat Safin - European Gigilo (like Duece Bigelo). That cracked me up because he does look like some kind of Europimp. (I wonder how many Euros that would cost me, cuz there's a bank I've been eyeing down the street with a very old guard).
I'm going off to UCLA tomorrow to catch a day of the Mercedez Benz tourny. Sure wish Marat studmuffin would be there. Alas.
