*sniff sniff* Ruth, we've been wondering why you've put a yawning smiley next to the China Thread on the homepage . Are we as that boring ? I've already posted that on the TB, but I guess you haven't noticed that, so I was adviced to post it on the mb....

No, I saw your message on the tag-board, I just thought you were being trivial and didn't need a serious reply. Guess I was wrong! The smiley looks like a smiley talking to me, not yawning and that's why I used it It wasn't anything to do with the message board being boring and to be honest, I didn't think anybody would really pay attention to the smilies I used. Again, I was wrong! So, sorry if it gave the wrong message to people. But I thought you guys would know me better than that, by now... I don't think I'm that kind of person, so you don't have to worry about reading nasty 'hidden messages' on TGFR. You guys are always entertaining in your messages - I don't think anyone could say you are boring!

I didn't think anybody would really pay attention to the smilies I used. Again, I was wrong! we do pay attention to them, they're nice! i love the one you put where you wrote Marat won the china open, it has a funny shape ;D don't worry Ruth, we don't see any hidden messages. Magda can't post tonight cuz she had to leave but she asked me to answer, so that's what i'm doing. i don't think she saw any "nasty hidden message" in the smiley. She really thought it was a yawning smiley, and i did too. and i guess that's why she felt surprised (but not offensed i think). But now that you gave your view about the smiley i just gave it a look again and you're right, we can think it's not yawning but talking (a lot, like us all ;D)

haha thanks Damita for being my "lawyer" lol. Anyway, just like girls said we were curious what that smiley was and of course we didn't think that there was any hidden message. Yeah, that question was trivial and I think we were waiting for a trivial answer . But sorry for all the confusion this thread made!!

I understand Ruth here a little bit:
When I saw the yawning smiley, I thought: here's a yawning smiley and here's a link. No questions arose on why it was there, what-so-ever. Where's my "male thinking"? ;D
