Annie, the thing with a diet is : It´s a very hard time and in the end there often is no success because of the great " jojo- effect " . I´ts hard to lose some weight for long especially when someone´s such a lazy person like me ;D Don´t do any sport  So, don´t mind Annie sweetie , you look gorgeous anyway I´m sure !  I wonder how you managed this Emma ? |

I went to see a dietitian and she made me a diet from my eating habit. She actually didn't change a lot of things, she just showed me that I ate too much fat without noticing it.
I think that if you want to go on a diet, you must not do it alone and ask help from a professional.
The funny thing is that with the diet, I eat more now than I used to....

LOL thanks emma, I also think that with the help of a professional things will be easier. And you need some support. You don´t have to stop eating, just change to healthy food and less fat, that´s very true. Thanks again and really congrats for that. It´s impressing |

 Thank you very uch everybody who wished me a good time!!  It was fantastic!! I even cried with "Sunday Bloody Sunday"!!  ::)I don´t have words to express how good it was ;D ;D ;D And I´m having a great time in the beach too  I just came by to say Hi! to everyone
