oh reese!oh reese!now i need more advices!oh davis you wise women ya have to tell me what to do now!!!!!!!he picked me yesterday and we went to have dinner, very nice place and he was so lovely and charming!so funny! and a real gentlemean he asked me to choose the table a,d when the waiter brang the menu he asked me if he could advice me becoz he's used to the place!ok all of this doesn't matter!but there are two things that mattered for me last night:in the middle of the evenig i heard a man from the orchestra introducing"Mlle Dina who's gonna sing to our pleasure "La vie en rose" " i was like c...!omfgh what the hell is it! he looked at me mischeciously and said I really don't know what is all about!liar!!!!!!so i tried to escape from what i tought will be my public shame as the orchestra men came and took me by the hand to the scene!iI was just freaking out, especially that i haven't sang in front of a real public since I was 8!and above all to sing Edith Piaf in front of the French which is for them a total monument!so i just sang in the first i was a liitle bit shaky but then i calmed down and actually enjoyed especially since i noticed that the peole were pleased!and he was cheering like in football match, i really liked that!(maybe i should give up on medicine and try myself in music!)so I came back to my place with the enthusiastic applause, and he was full of compliments!really nice guy but I was still wondering how he knew i was able to sing!and to sing that song!he admitted that he'd oveheared me once with my schoolmates!(in general i arrive pretty soon to class with some friends and yes it happens to me sing, lowdly!)looks like he was hearing at the door and appreciated!lol!then i turned red which happens to me usually and he added :"you're so lovely when you turn red!"omfg!i was decided to not let my emoting involved and that i have tu show limits in our "simple frienship" so i went on some polite indifference!lol!it was pretty late when he took me" back home and firmly said:"i know your point of view about a ''possible us" and i pretty much respect it and understand it!but i always get what i want and i really want ya,that's why i'll give this all the patience i gat inside of me!"omfg i was completely shocked all what i managed to say was "oh" ohhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what's wrong with me and my messed life!ok don't need to say that i came back to my flat with thousands of stars and butterflies on the eyes!and oh i forgot he gently kissed me on the cheek!oh lord!believe me i wanted mooore! so here you are it's what happened last night don't hesitate letting some adveces!!!!!!!! OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG, that guy is too cheesy to be true! I really can't give you advise, dina; I'm in my late 30s and this crap wouldn't have impressed me anymore. I simply can't believe a grown up man with a shiny career reduces himself to falling hopelessly with a girl so many years his junior! Seems all VERY calculated. But: If in doubt, vote for the accused. I could obviously be very wrong here. Have you tried to do some research on him? Does he date students frequently? Oh, just have fun! Be prepared to get hurt, though...

OMG dina a really bad situation I don´t really know what to advise you but what do you want? I mean are you looking for a serious realtionship? If yes can you imagine it with him? or are you just want to have fun? I guess I wouldn´t get involved with my teacher / professor cause it can cause too much trouble. Plus I don´t think I have too much in common with someone who is 20 years older than me. But you have to decide for yourself.

hehe...... sounds like typically Northern American style-----an old man's "vactional romance"..... Don't fall in the trap...... i don't think he can provide you serious relationship or even marriage later on, maybe "having fun" is all he wants. it really depends on what you really want........ again its up to you. Do some research, is he married back home? has he got a " wedding band tan"? or has he got a gf (serious ones) at home? stuff.... sorry, hope you wont get offensed by my words, maybe i am not good at discussing these things and being too "scientific" ....... my best wishes to ya young beautiful woman......

thanx girls really! i tought a lo and i'm sure i don't wanna get involved coz i wanna have fun!but definitely not with him yes i've heard that he was going to marry but the bride left a day before the wedding!but really i don't think he and me have the same priorities in life, and plus i think i dated him just becoz of his Mcsteaness and above all coz he's my teacher and i'm caring about my future coz it's a bit weird in the medicine circle!unfortunately only the ones who are involved in can understand what i'm talking about!and definitely now that i'ce calmed down i'm just gonna try to make him understand that it's not possible easily!coz i've never treated guys this way,ya know!i'm the kind of girl who dates and never gets involved emotionnally i'm too busy for this!i'm definotely not a good girl to date i usually broke hearts and never gets broken hearted!so it's an additionnal reason for me to not date him, looks like he had a bad experience before he doesn't need it with a student!so thanx girls!really!it's gonna be terribly weird with him for what remains in the scholar year!

Ok dina let me tell you something, in a few years you are probably going to suffer what in Grays anatomy is Cristina, burke and the teacher...WEIRD?.so I tell you this, if u feel like having fun with him go ahead but if not...ur looking for something serious then don't it depends on what stage of your life you are right now. If he dates you he probably dated other students, I had a teacher like that who wanted to probably date my friend and we found out he does it with other students...naughty bastard! so go and watch that show and you tell me what would you do....

hello everyone how are you?? i have missed coming on tgfr i went to New Zealand for two weeks and have been really busy since coming back!!1!!! and i am sick of my assignments so i thought i would come and say hello!!! dina......i have a bit of advice too.......if you do have a relationship with your teacher and in a few weeks decide that its not actually working out and YOU decide to cool it off. How will he react??? will he be so pissed off that this will affect your work/?? or your results?? he may seem quite cool and collective now but when a guy doesnt get what he wants he can be pretty angry and spiteful (just like girls) so all im saying is be careful and ask yourself is it worth it? ? xxxx

sorry, for chipping in girls, but I've been reading this for a while and here's my piece like davis said, he too sounded too cheesy for my taste LOL, maybe it's just me but that sentence of "I always get what I want" seems like straight from a Danielle Stees paper back novel Too me it sounded like an overgrown brat demanding to have his toy. Sorry dina, I'm not criticizing you or anything. Like someone said if you want to have fun only, go ahead, because seriously that's all this sounds like, just some guy wanting to have fun and nothing else. As for the career part, I understand the bit about not wanting to antagonize him because he might have some say in your career in the future and bla, bla, but still, if you really want to have a solid career I'm not sure involvement with a teacher is the best way... other feelings other than the professional start getting in the way and not always for the best... kisses and good luck
