Elisabeth you went to Amsterdam, I'm jealous.Did you go to the Keukenhof?
Annie you would love it, hundreds, thousands of tulips, in different colours, made into pictues....... Absolutely stunning. ;D

Hello People! Well joining here the group...I went to miami for mothers day witht he whole family. On sunday we headed to Viscaya which is a mansion owned by James Deering an industrialist form the beguinning of 1900 who builded the house for the summer months. The house have been fatured on different movies like BAD BOYS II ( the cuban mafioso's house where he kills the russian guy in the lake) and it is now owned my the county. Regan, the late Pope, queen Elizabeth and others have been in this house. The house is amazing and its just few minutes away from the site where Nasdaq is played. I always wanted to go but never had the time, specially during the tournament, so if u guys ever come, this place is a must see. This is a pic that I took from the back of the house where Deering build a port in order to bring the pieces from Europe. People get married here, they have parties in the Garden which is beautiful too. Deering never married or had kids (and there is a misterious painting in a living room from a guy who nobody can recognize...my guess is the bf and he neverd said it, a guy with magnificent taste and no wife?....it brings up questions) Sorry the pic is small but I don't know how to make it bigger...  |
