Not at all...I am with you here. It doesn't mean I totally despise modern music..not at all. There are groups and artists whom I find interesting these days but music today is mainly the repetition of old songs or rap or hip-hop, which to be honest I don't quite understand...
So yeah I am with you in the oldies club ;D

I also agree with you....about not totally despising modern music, there are some songs that are really cool..why I can be heard  How may dudes do you know who go like this,,How may dudes do you know who go like this,,Uhuh I don't know anybody.. The last time I went to a bizarre nightclub they played a song from Michael Jackson's thriller album,but it was just a rift and I thought it was fantastic..but I supposed that Is also the older style music that I grew up with and influenced me all revamped... |

Yeah I agree...I think old times had music of different quality..I mean some people had just one hit and vanished into nowhere but some are still around and I doing better than ever....take the latest Depeche Mode album for example...The guys have been on the scene since 1980 and the last album is out of this world good!!!!! Same goes for U2, A-ha and others...yes, they've had their ups and downs but in general they have all been on the scene for years and years and about 2, 3 and sometimes 4 generations are their fans ;D

The best 90-00´ Santana CD is "Brothers". Not very well know, but without any doubt, a masterpiece  That man (and his band) made the guitars "sing" in that album (and literally, the guitars seem to sing in certain songs). It blew my mind the first time I heard it!!! And you play it from the begginning till the end and you enjoy every little second of it. Great album!! |

Dear alsl , i have the knew Santana Cd -All that i am !
And the most off the songs are very good !
On the cd lead vocals from: Michelle Branch ,Steven Tyler (Aerosmith ) , Sean Paul& Joss Stone ,Mary J Blige and many others !
My favourite songs: n° 4 on the list: My Man with Mary J Blige and n° 10: Cry baby cry with lead vocals from Sean Paul & Joss Stone !
There are 13 songs on the cd !

BTW, I´ll miss a Pearl Jam concert because I have an exam the same day (and the other concert is the day before)  Confirmed... The Pearl Jam concert was described by ALL the rock press in Argentina as the best concert of the year  I wished I were there...  |
