Mmmmm...I love cooking so much I don't even know where to start LOL. I like to cook complicated things because if they come good, I feel tremendous pride and satisfaction with myself ;D I love cooking lasagna, Russian soups, roast meat and chicken....Xmas turkey...oh I don't know...everything....One thing I hate doing and just cannot manage to do well is bake...but I am trying to improve what do you do on a rainy day if you have to stay inside?

the differece between cooking and backing is, when you cook you can improvise , but don't try this when you backing , this is more like a chemical experiment and you have to follow the instructions very accurate, otherwise it going ..... we have a lot of rainy days here, then sometime i read a book or do some works which is neglected ;D but most I have to use the right clothing and must go out---- how did you celebrate christmas ?
