thanks iman!
hey - england fan! i was so excited about my cuz (opening batsman) coming out as i hadn't seen him in... oh weeks almost! but he went back home cos there is some pretty serious family stuff going on and it is telling on him a bit.
i was working in wisconsin, usa for just over three months. then i went to new york via yellowstone in wyoming (and all the states in-between). after that it was to chicago to see the boy that split the boyfreind i lived with at home and myself up. then onto brighton, england to work in some stables there before wales to work with matty ryan (an ex-pat who has represented australia at the olympics).
dorset - always reminds me of hugh fernley-whittingstall (can't spell his name) a chef guy that my dad is obsessed with t the moment... should remind me of lyme regis or something but no- a chef!

bored and checking out some of the old threads - lovely to find out about everybody - figured I'd contribute .... I'm Jennifer, Jen for short. I was born in Germany and moved to Florida when I was 11, where I still am today. Other countries I've been to: France, England, Netherlands, Greece, Turkey. Graduated from college last year with a degree in General Business (and a minor in German), and am still trying to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life. Umm ... I have one younger brother, never had any pets (but love animals!), have a fairly good-sized extended family (dad was 1 of 7) ... love reading, music (a little bit of everything), playing board & card games, and watching tennis! ;D Starting watching it because my mom watched it all the time -- can't quite recall when I first started watching, but have been closely following it the last 4-5 years. As much as I love Marat, as well as the other Russian players and several other players on the tour (Guga, Haas, Novak, Rafa, Moya, Gasquet, Malisse, Becker, Henman, Miryni), I am a (little) biased toward Andy, James, Mardy and Bob & Mike. ;D I was able to see the DC Quarters in 2004, which was the first time I got to tennis live -- can't wait to do it again! Good gravy, I've written a novel, haha. Sorry for babbling on. ;D

Hi I'm Dina and I'm 17! I'm Moroccan i've lived in Casablanca for 16 years i'm living now on my own in Paris where i'm studying medicine!I'm theorically on my third medicine year coz i've graduated from high school a bit sooner and i came here to Paris becoz it's some obligation to be able to follow my studies where i want in NY!it's my first year here in Paris so! I'm kind of repeating the same scholar program as my first year in Casa(a bit boring but obligatory to get a scholarship)next year i hope i'll be accepted in a a medicine school in NY so i'll be able to finish my first years there and begin some interna there!I wanna be a neurosurgeon, so it's a lot of work! I'm crazy about tennis with Marat my other favourite players are McEnroe and Sampras,i'm also a insane litterature passionate! I LOOOVE Victor Hugo and Shakespeare! I write a lot in english and french! I love poems and i like to write especially about death, misery and love(the 2 first ones are inspiring me a lot i don't know why!)I don't have particular best movie but i like most Scorsese ones and Titanic and Gladiator and love ones(where we cry a lot!)my shows are GA, Friends, Ally McBeal and PB!I also love music very much and i like singing, my favs are Charles Aznavour and Edith Piaf(maybe ya don't know the first!)Jeff Buckley, Paolo Nutini , Franck Sinatra and Aretha Franklin!(i like various styles and i sing various things!) I'm 1m 78 , I've got very dark and curly hairs(curly hairs drive me nuts, it's very tough to brush!) i've got weird eyes their color depends on the light: it can be blue, green or yellow/brown(i know it's not much clear!) as you could notice i talk a lot but i'm very shy when i'm with strangers!I've got an olther brother who's 22. My biggest dream is to see Morocco win DC! I'm verrryyy patriotic, but i like to discover others cultures, when i was a child i was very inspired by Princess Sissi and by growing i made researches on her and i've got really affected by her life! I really fell in love once but it ended tragically. My family who doesn't know me that much thinks that i'm very polite and very suitable girl! it's really a façade i gotta confess, i've got a lot inside of me and i never talk in a so free and opened way except here i don't know why!I think that i've chosen my future carrer for a reason that i've recently understood which is being apart of my family!(it's long studies and above all it's far from home especially when i'll go NY!) ilove them but i just don't feel close and they don't really understand me! i wanna have my own life, a special, one!one of my other biggest dreams is to see Marat win RG!really!and maybe get married some day if i find THE right one and have children i really want to even though i wanna be a surgeon! it's complicated but feasable! Ok i wrot a novel, i hope i didn't bother or bored you guys! i know it's a bit long! but anyway i'm feeling much better now that i've written it(therapy)!

Loondon? I wish I was !!! (Love that city !!) I guess it's time for me to talk about myself.. to clear all the confusions.. hehe So, my name's Samia, I'm Moroccan,19 yo, born, raised and still living in Rabat, the capital. I'm on my second year, Business Administration, it wasn't my first choice (wanted to be a sports journalist..). I'm planning to move on soon to Sweden to a very nice university there, if of course i get my residence permit.. I'm a lazy person in general, hate doing the chores, or even my homework.. But when it comes to sports, I'm all in. Lately i've been doing karaté, I'm still a white belt, but i love it ! seriously, it's the best sport ever ! (after footie and tennis) Speaking of football, it drives me crazy, I'm a huge, huge fan, can't miss an important match for the world, even if none of the teams is a favourite of mine. My girl friends think i wasn't meant to be a girl in the first place, if it wasn't for my girly physique, people would think i'm a boy. I must confess that i'm kind of a tom boy, always in snikers and jeans, and it's killing my mother coz she want me to be more feminine.. An tennis of course, great sport, great sensations, always a pleasure for the eyes. Love watching Safin when he's "In"(and even when he's "out", you gotta love the guy..), Federer the classy boy, Rafa the raging bull.. love them both. My favourites also are: Guga, Coria , Our three moroccan musqueteers a.k.a Younes, Karim and Hicham (used to go nuts during DC). And of course, the greatest umpire of all Mr. Mo !!! I love music, Rock'n Roll baby ! In my playlist you'll find songs going from Metallica, to the Doors, HIM, Nightwish, GNR... It never ends, whenever there's a guitar, i'm in ! I like reading a lot, especially thrillers, my best friend made me discover a nice french writer Maxime Chattam, and i have already read 4 of his books, must say that he's really good at what he's doing ! I'm a calm person on the surface, but on the inside it's really boiling, that's what those who know me the most say. And that's quite true, because if i get mad, you better watch out, i break whatever is in my hands, and most of the time it's my mobile phone that ends up broken (one common thing with Marat and his rackets ^^). I don't have any special talents, even though my mom says i make the best salad ever, but i think she says that just because she doesn't like making it.. Wouh.. that was long! Thanks for reading about my boring life !
