THORPEY!!!!!! (do u notice that when he swims, he doesn't splash as much as the other swimmers?) but if there were more choices...erm... popov and krayzelburg Yeah, I notice that every time he swims...for big feet, he hardly splashes around! |

BUT there's sth freaky abt the photo from the 200m. when he turned ard, yanked off his swimcap and looked at the scoreboard...that photo...he looked a lot like my bestfriend's boyfriend...and that is SOOOOOOOO NOT GOOD!!!!!  |

woohooo thorpey!!!!!!! BUT there's sth freaky abt the photo from the 200m. when he turned ard, yanked off his swimcap and looked at the scoreboard...that photo...he looked a lot like my bestfriend's boyfriend...and that is SOOOOOOOO NOT GOOD!!!!! Lol. I think Thorpe looks best when he's wearing the Aussie uniform just before he swims.   EDITED because Ian Thorpe is a sweetie. |

For me it's Ian(Thorpe).He's been an inspiration in my life.I still write a phrase to all my friends that he wrote to one of his best friends !!!

Well, if you r so curious, I'll let you know a thing. Ian has a very dear friend Michael(Ian's sister and Michael's brother are married).
Michael happened to have serious cancer, and was on the verge of dying. But Ian was always by his side...no matter how busy he was. They used to play together and share quality time.
Ian once gave Michael a poster and wrote, LIVE YOUR DREAMS on it.
(And that's the phrase I use).
Michael survived the cancer
And he says, he owes so much to Ian.
Michael was there to witness Thorpe's Sydney Olympics
And Ian recalled that 'A bald head' was always there to cheer for him.
