Ruth my first thought was something absolutely vague (the thought without any words) and it felt great. The first thought with words was about yoour site. Realy. Anyway, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I LISTENED/READ SOMETHING WITH AN OPEN MOUTH AND  . OK, I hope that ya'll's computers will break when the site opens, until the end of the first dinner with Marat. ROTFL - oh Vass, you make me laugh! Re: domains - I don't know what they are yet, and the only time limit I've been given is '1 months time', but don't take that too literally, it could be much longer I sure it will be worth waiting for! I dunno if it's a good idea for me to enter the competitions  ....I'd love to have dinner with Marat - and the Bangkok trip would be a dream come true! - but if I won, people could say it was fixed or something, so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys to win it instead ;D Just out of interest, how many of you would want to post on the official forum? (assuming they still go ahead with one) Because I was thinking, if TGFR fans and Safinator fans are both posting on the official site... oh dear..could be a bit volatile.....! (assuming they still go ahead with one) Because I was thinking, if TGFR fans and Safinator fans are both posting on the official site... oh dear..could be a bit volatile.....! This is a good question Ruth. I'm sure there will be many people from both forums and I don't think Marat would feel pleased seeing his fans arguing there. I also doubt that people will talk about his personal life there so that new forum will be as 'official' as the whole site will be (or I may be wrong). And imagine all those girls, who have never posted anywhere, starting to ramble things like: "Oh Marat you are so beautiful, please marry me"  . That's why we need your board Ruth coz we know that here we can discuss about everything and we don't have such 'fans' |

What do the others think? it makes me feel like i did when i saw him practicing without his shirt on--like he's marat-the-circus-animal, a very uncomfortable feeling: on the one hand one thinks people shouldn't ride the dolphin because the dolphin probably doesn't like it, but then on the other one really, really wants to ride the dolphin...ya know?  hey, how come teresa has two stars now? no fair! ;D |

Okay First Magda had me ROTFL.....and when I got up MariaV had me back ROTFL....and I still am! Safinsluts......thats going to go down well Poor Ruth she will prob have a ton of irrate emails ;D I know for sure that I want to do all my discussing on the TGFR Been a intrigued admirer I will visit the official website for my daily updates  And Melusine I really really want to ride the dolphin, I am there with you girl. And as for the stars I did not even notice.....you can them if you want. You prob deserve them more than I do (I think ) I can't even do my own avatar And one more thing I bet Marat would enjoy reading our posts more than any one else's (else's...is that a word..) |

just visited goran's site ....hope that's not indicative (if so, than ruth, you've got nothing to fear...)... ...wouldn't it have been easier (not to mention a nice way to say thank you for the hours and dedication put in) to have just officially recognigized one or even both of the major fan sites...it sort of seems like that may be be the defacto situation now anyway......it just seems...why now-ish a little bit maybe... i mean, couldn't marat chat with his fans now and post messages now and respond to messages now, if he so chose? he even could say, "hey stop alrady about my girlfriend/my tatoo/my smoking/my life" if he wanted to yes? just read the report about ruth's visit to elite--i wouldn't feel comfortable posting where the person who is in all likelihood reading it is rolling her eyes at me (i'm sure my desire for the smilies to talk would go over SWELL ) |

With those official sites I always doubt that the players do much about it themselves.The official tommy haas site for instance, never have the feeling he even visits the site. I think that the involvement with the site will just consist of a chat every now and then, and a visit to the site every now and then. Where would he find the time to do more, doubt that's he's willing to sacrifice a large amount of his free time to us they are so busy. If the forum becomes as busy as it is here, he'll never have the time to catch up on everything and answer to the messages and take one of us out to diner ;D I have a feeling the forum is going to need a rulebook or something; what you can and what you can't talk about. Either there's going to be some heavy arguing going on there between ppl from certain different current boards Or everyone is going to be too afraid to poste in fear of the reactions and the forum is going to be filled with mariage proposals as someone said before. I think that there will be little discussion on the official board (I don't mean hostile discussion, but friendly dicussion, more like a conversation. like we have here) on the official board. Probably just ppl sucking up!!! That's why I like it here, we support him, but we're critical too! (but critical in a fair and realistic way, and we stay commited/ devoted (can't come up with the right english word for this right now, but you get what I mean ) even when the results aren't that great. I doubt that anyone will be critical on the official forum, and all that fake sucking up and praising makes me sick ;D Glad it's not like that here!!!! -xxx-jes me |

If he wanted to be in touch with us, he would have to visit that board every single day . And because using MBs is addictional he would fail his tennis... and we don't want it, do we? |
